What you will be doing

• Work under the leadership of the CFO to conduct and manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, and revenue forecasting.
• Manage accounts receivable, vendor portal setup and maintenance, and cash inflow reporting.
• Manage client records and data hygiene, including contract summaries and database maintenance.  
• Manage employee expense reimbursement via payroll.
• Assist in assessing sales & use tax exposure, ensuring taxes are invoiced and/or remitted in a timely manner.
