We're seeking a Facilities Technician to join our cannabis cultivation and production facility in Franklin, Massachusetts supporting our NETA market. In this role, you'll help maintain critical building systems, ensure a safe working environment, and support daily operations that contribute to the success of our cultivation team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Facilities Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the facility and ensuring operational excellence by:

• Ensuring all personal, facility, and departmental safety standards are consistently met.
