About the Role
LMG Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a fast-growing digital agency in the eCommerce space to find a Creative Strategist with deep UI/UX expertise and a sharp design eye. This is a hands-on, client-facing design role focused on delivering exceptional Shopify site experiences.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce design experience, a passion for quality, and the ability to balance strategy with execution. You’ll play a key role in delivering visually polished, conversion-optimized web experiences for DTC brands, working alongside developers, project managers, and creative stakeholders.
Requirements
Creative Vision and Strategy
- Help set the creative bar across projects, with a focus on user experience, brand alignment, and modern UI design
- Contribute visual direction for both custom and theme-based Shopify builds
- Own QA of visual assets, ensuring consistency, spacing, and layout meet internal standards
Design Ownership
- Work on 6–8 active design projects in collaboration with project managers and developers
- Support implementation of best practices in visual design and responsive layout
- Collaborate with other creatives and cross-functional teams to align on timelines, goals, and project scope
- Provide guidance on reusable design compo
