LMT komandai aicina pievienoties zinošu profesionāli, lai nodrošinātu LMT tehniskā tvēruma izstrādi, integrāciju un tehnisko pārstāvību Eiropas Aizsardzības fonda projektos saistībā ar sakaru tehnoloģijām.
Meklējam speciālistu/-i (Technical Lead) ar zināšanām un pieredzi kompleksu sistēmu inženierijā un dažādu apakšsistēmu integrācijā sakaru un aizsardzības tehnoloģiju jomā, ar padziļinātu izpratni par mobilo sakaru tīklu arhitektūru un spēju sasaistīt LMT sakaru risinājumus ar citu konsorcija partneru platformām – bezpilota sistēmām, sensoriem, vadības un kontroles (C2) sistēmām un elektroniskās karadarbības risinājumiem.
Tavi pienākumi
Īstenosi projekta tehnisko un satura vadību Eiropas Aizsardzības fonda projektos, pildot projekta tehniskā vadītāja (Technical Lead) lomu, kā arī definēsi LMT tehnisko tvērumu, saskaņosi tehniskās saskarnes ar partneriem, vadīsi integrācijas un testēšanas aktivitātes un pārstāvēsi LMT konsorcija tehniskajās sanāksmēs
Izstrādāsi un uzturēsi sistēmu arhitektūras dokumentāciju, tostarp saskarņu kontroles dokumentus (ICD) starp LMT apakšsistēmām un partneru sistēmām
Plānosi un organizēsi starptautiskas tehniskās komandas darbu, koordinējot dažādu uzņēmumu un valstu speciālistus
Plānosi un vadīsi integrācijas un testēšanas aktivitātes – laboratorijas integrāciju, lauka izmēģinājumus un dalību militārajās mācībās
Koordinēsi sadarbību starp ārējiem un iekšējiem partneriem, nodrošinot efektīvu visu iesaistīto pušu sadarbību
Pārstāvēsi LMT konsorcija tehniskajās sanāksmēs, darba grupās un tehniskajās sarunās ar partneriem un gala lietotājiem
Nodrošināsi tehniskās informācijas apriti starp projektā iesaistītajiem LMT speciālistiem, projekta vadību un gala lietotājiem
Nodrošināsi risinājuma kvalitāti sev uzticētajos projektos un atbilstību projekta prasībām
Sagatavosi projekta saturiskos nodevumus iesniegšanai Eiropas Komisijai un projektam nepieciešamās atskaites
Aktīvi komunicēsi ar starptautiskajiem projekta partneriem, lai nodrošinātu projekta mērķim atbilstošu risinājumu izstrādi un novērstu potenciālos šķēršļus

Augstāko izglītību inženierzinātņu, informācijas tehnoloģiju, telekomunikāciju vai līdzīgā jomā

To support the successful delivery of LMT and LMT Group IT development and implementation projects, we invite a development-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Project Manager.
LMT is looking for an experienced professional to lead the technical scope, integration activities, and technical representation of LMT in European Defence Fund projects related to communications technologies.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with knowledge and experience in complex systems engineering and the integration of various subsystems within the communications and defence technology domains. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mobile network architecture and the ability to integrate LMT communication solutions with consortium partner platforms, including unmanned systems, sensors, command and control (C2) systems, and electronic warfare solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the technical execution and content delivery of European Defence Fund projects, acting as the project's Technical Lead.
Define LMT's technical scope, coordinate technical interfaces with partners, lead integration and testing activities, and represent LMT at consortium technical meetings.
Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs) between LMT subsystems and partner systems.
Plan and coordinate the work of international technical teams involving specialists from different companies and countries.
Plan and manage integration and testing activities, including laboratory integration, field trials, and participation in military exercises.
Coordinate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation among all parties involved.
Represent LMT in consortium technical meetings, working groups, and technical discussions with partners and end users.
Ensure effective communication of technical information between LMT specialists, project management teams, and end users.
Ensure solution quality and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare technical project deliverables and reports for submission to the European Commission.
Proactively communicate with international project partners to ensure successful solution development and address potential obstacles.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of networking and mobile communication technologies (IP networks, 4G/5G architecture, radio spectrum fundamentals) and the ability to apply them in tactical and deployable communication solutions.
Experience in defining and coordinating technical interfaces, including protocols, APIs, data transmission channels, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Experience leading international teams.
At least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment, including systems integration experience.
Ability to plan and manage integration and testing campaigns, including field trials.
Previous experience in testing and quality assurance.
Understanding of testing approaches, principles, techniques, and processes.
Ability to apply and combine project management methodologies, tools, and iterative approaches.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and defend LMT's technical position in an international environment.
Eligibility to meet the requirements of Section 9 of the Law on State Secrets.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken for communicating with international partners.
Willingness to travel across Europe for consortium meetings, integration activities, and trials.
Knowledge of defence technologies and experience with C4ISR concepts, STANAG standards, unmanned systems, or electronic warfare is considered an advantage.
Military service experience and/or experience in the defence industry will be considered an advantage.
Experience in EU-funded R&D projects (European Defence Fund, EDIDP, Horizon Europe) or other international programmes is desirable.
