CAD Systems Manager (Civil 3D)

We are looking for a talented and experienced CAD Systems Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Civil Designer or CAD Manager with strong expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The CAD Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing design efficiency, ensuring consistency in project deliverables, and driving the adoption of best practices across our organization, ultimately supporting our commitment to high-quality service and innovation for clients. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement based out of one of our office locations in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Kentucky, or Texas. For highly qualified candidates located in the Midwest but not within reasonable commuting distance of one of our offices, a remote work arrangement with periodic travel may be considered. In this role, you will manage AutoCAD standards and workspaces across multiple states, with a primary focus on Civil 3D. You will be instrumental in establishing and implementing standards and workflows for modeling and plan/production organization-wide. This includes developing and maintaining standards for various public agencies, such as departments of transportation (DOTs) and other public clients.
