Job Summary:
Loenbro Electrical Foremen lead and direct crews of journeyman electricians, apprentices, and helpers in the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical power, lighting, instrumentation, control, and communications systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The Foreman owns the daily safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance of the assigned crew and scope. This role plans and sequences the work from drawings, specifications, and Navis models; manages manpower, materials, and tools; tracks installed quantities and labor hours against the estimate; and ensures all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, OSHA, local reg
