The Role

We hire a small number of exceptional entrepreneurs, operators, and salespeople at Long Lake and deploy them into the companies we own with a clear mandate: build a pipeline, directly drive revenue growth, and raise the ceiling on how that business sells.

The best people in this role begin as individual contributors and grow into sales leaders and growth operators. As you refine your process and establish yourself as a power user of our AI platform, what you ask for shapes what gets built.
