Loopio is looking for a Website Experience Manager to own the development, optimization, and evolution of our marketing website and broader web experience.
This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of web development, conversion rate optimization, and AI-enabled development. You'll be responsible for ensuring Loopio's website is fast, scalable, visually compelling, easy to maintain, and most importantly, effective at turning visitors into pipeline.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical WordPress expertise with a growth mindset. You should be comfortable building custom Gutenberg blocks, creating interactive web experiences using GSAP and modern animation techniques, diagnosing and improving landing page conversion performance, and leveraging Claude Code or other AI coding agents to ship high-quality web experiences faster.
This is not a traditional "ticket-taking" web developer role. You'll help shape how Loopio builds and optimizes its website.
