Senior Operations Manager – Data Center Accounts (U.S.)

In this role, you will own the end-to-end performance of data center client accounts across hyperscale, and enterprise environments, with Commissioning (Cx) as the primary service line and critical facility Operations & Maintenance (O&M), QA/QC, and Construction Services as supporting scopes. You will be accountable for safe and contract-compliant service delivery, account financial performance, workforce leadership, client relationships, and account growth. This position requires strong commissioning and critical facilities expertise combined with commercial leadership and the ability to develop high-performing teams across multiple campuses and critical environments.
