• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments on a weekly and monthly basis, and prepare relevant reports and updates on matters that may directly or indirectly impact the organization.
• Support engagement and relationship-building activities with key external stakeholders, including central and local government authorities, industry associations, NGOs, and local communities.
• Assist with internal engagement and communication activities, including internal training, company events, management newsletters, and initiatives promoting corporate values.
• Support the industrial teams in Lampung and Balikpapan in liaising with relevant authorities to facilitate asset utilization, refinery operations, ongoing projects, and future site expansion.
