Client Success Agent

We have been a recognized partner to the Canadian government for over 20 years and are now looking to grow and expand on what has made our business a success so far.     As a Client Success Agent, you will support the smooth delivery of language training and evaluation services by coordinating administrative and operational activities throughout the learner journey. You will provide support to learners, tutors, evaluators, and client contacts to help ensure training and evaluations are delivered efficiently and according to established procedures.
