LTS is seeking an experienced high-caliber Technical Project Manager to lead day to day execution of a major AI-powered modernization initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health portfolio. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex AI-powered modernization efforts supporting mission-critical healthcare systems and enterprise transformation initiatives across the VA environment. This role will serve as the operational lead that will oversees AI/ML engineers, legacy healthcare systems specialist, DevSecOps practitioners, agile delivery teams, and cybersecurity professionals operating inside a federal governance environment.

The ideal candidate bridges deep AI and modern engineering fluency with the discipline required to operate in a FedRAMP/ATO environment under VA’s established IT governance and approval frameworks.
