AI Solutions Engineer

The Role

As an AI Solutions Engineer (all genders), you'll build, run and improve the AI agents and automations that colleagues across Lucanet use every day. This is a remote role where you'll own small-to-medium internal tools end to end, from the first stakeholder conversation to production, working hands-on with LLMs, tool calling, RAG, agent architectures and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

Join the team shaping how Lucanet uses AI internally, building practical tools for colleagues across Finance, Sales, People, IT and Legal. Working side by side with those departments, you'll uncover what they need, then turn what works into reusable components and shared knowledge that speeds up every future build.
