Enablement Specialist

The Role

As an Enablement Specialist (all genders), you'll drive how Lucanet's customers, partners, and consultants get trained, onboarded, and set up to succeed with our software, owning the training logistics and learning infrastructure that keep our Professional Services organization running.

You'll report into the Professional Services Enablement team, working closely with the trainer community, Customer Success, and our Partner team to design and deliver trainings for customers, partners, and consultants. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end logistics for monthly customer and partner trainings, from database setup to trainer coordination
• Drive the SANA learning platform rollout for customers and partners, building on our internal launch
• Design and continuously improve enablement content and learning journeys for customers, partners, and consultants
