Title: IT Administrator Support, IT Service Desk

The role and the team

As an IT Administrator Support (all genders), you will keep Lucanet employees productive by solving their everyday IT needs across Windows and macOS, from troubleshooting a laptop issue to setting up a new joiner's workstation on day one. This is a role within our IT Service Desk department, supporting internal colleagues rather than external product customers.

You will join a Service Desk team of around six people, working the ticket queue together and reporting into the IT Service Desk team. Most requests reach you already qualified through Lisa, our internal AI support chat, so you spend your time solving problems rather than chasing details, with real room to grow toward a senior support role. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.
