People Business Partner

 

As an Senior/Expert-level People Business Partner (all genders), you'll lead complex, high-impact people strategy work across Lucanet and shape how we scale People Partnering through AI-enabled processes, tools and frameworks.

You'll join the Talent Solutions team, reporting into the Talent Solutions leadership team, and act as the go-to subject-matter expert for senior leadership on organization design, structural compensation decisions, complex employee relations and AI-driven people analytics. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, role design and leadership capability, backed by data.
• Own strategic People topics including performance management, compensation and structural pay decisions, job architecture, and talent and succession cycles.
• Drive enhancements to AI-enabled People tools, workflows and knowledge bases, ensuring complex cases reach the right expert.
