Product Marketing Manager

 

The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll help prospects and users unlock the full value of Lucanet's solutions, with a particular focus on our xP&A solution, in a highly strategic role that drives measurable growth for the business.

You'll work closely with Product, Sales, GTM, and Marketing teams to build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers, owning product messaging, positioning, sales enablement content, and engagement journeys across every stage of the customer and buyer journey. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

• Lead go-to-market initiatives for xP&A, including launch strategies, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans for new features
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-centric value propositions that resonate with target buyers
• Drive win-loss analysis using Gong, Salesforce, and Lightdash to inform data-driven strategic decisions
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including video content, webinars, and AI-powered engagement strategies
• Build and scale enablement assets that are practical, engaging, and widely adopted by internal te
