IT Specialist
About the Role
Lumilens Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Specialist for our Bangalore office to deliver high-quality end-user support for Windows and macOS environments, while also contributing to basic network operations and Microsoft Azure / M365 administration. The ideal candidate balances strong hands-on desktop support skills with foundational cloud and network competencies and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS across the Singapore office
Laptop provisioning, imaging, configuration & lifecycle management (Windows & Mac)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, printers & AV equipment
Manage software installations, patch management & OS updates
Support onboarding & offboarding — device setup, account creation & asset handover
Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware/software licenses
