About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to oversee shift operations, lead shop-floor teams, and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day plant operations, managing shift headcount, line balancing, and workstation allocation.
Drive line metrics including Output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), First Pass Yield (FPY), and cycle time adherence.
Partner with Process/Equipment Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot line stoppages and resolve recurring quality defects.
