Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Oncology - Full-time AAMC

Position Objective:

Responsible for carrying out Clinical Pharmacy services with primary practice in the area of Oncology. Promotes evidence-based pharmacotherapy and sound pharmaceutical care through the development of medication management protocols and drug therapy policies. Serves as an Oncology Clinical Pharmacy resource for the health system.

1. Conducts departmental activities to meet the goals, objectives and policies of the pharmacy department.

2. Participates in improvements in interdepartmental policies and procedures which support the Pharmacy Department and Hospital's strategic goals. Maintains accurate records as required by departmental policies/procedures and federal/state board regulations.

3. Completes all core competencies and documents clinical activities accurately according to policies and procedures. Supports th
