Retail Operations Executive (Consumer Electronics)

Role Purpose 

The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and performance of retail business across all direct/stand-alone stores. This role focuses on sales performance tracking, stock management, retail execution, visual merchandising compliance, customer experience, and operational excellence to ensure achievement of business objectives and brand standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Performance Management 

• Support the achievement of retail sales targets and key business KPIs across all direct/stand-alone stores. 

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action. 

• Prepare and maintain retail sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management review. 

• Track store productivity metrics including conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer traffic. 

• Work closely with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute product launches, campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations. 

• Support the implementation and communication of monthly sales targets and initiatives to retail teams.
