About the Role The Learning & OD Coordinator is a critical operational role responsible for the seamless execution of training interventions. The position bridges the gap between client requirements, affiliate management, and internal financial administration, ensuring service delivery standards are met across both Learning and OD departments. Location: Hybrid, South Africa. Hours: Standard Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm -  typically a 5-day, 8 hours/day role.
