Enterprise Product Manager

The Role

Lyrebird is already trusted by thousands of clinicians, and the largest health organisations in Australia and the UK are now rolling it out across their entire workforce. This is a new role, created to lead the next chapter of our enterprise product as those deployments grow in size and ambition. You'll own the enterprise product end to end: the core platform capability that serves every enterprise customer, and the tailored work that deepens our partnership with specific ones. You'll have a real roadmap, a real engineering team, and the scope to shape where enterprise goes next.

A good week in this role might include a roadmap session with a state health service's IT team, a deep dive with a private hospital group to understand what's behind their latest request and how it could become something every enterprise customer benefits from, and a morning with engineering working out which of three competing priorities goes first. Your customers are the people deploying Lyrebird across their organisation, not the clinicians themselves, so you'll spend more time in customer conversations than most PMs do.
