About Remedium Partners

Remedium Partners is a healthcare recruitment consultancy founded in 2013 and dedicated exclusively to permanent and fixed-term staffing. As a permanent workforce partner for the healthcare sector, we connect high-calibre doctors with long-term roles across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East, helping healthcare organisations build stable, sustainable clinical teams.

Remedium was created in response to the healthcare sector's overreliance on temporary staffing. Through specialist recruitment expertise and a consultancy-led approach, we help organisations address long-term workforce challenges while supporting doctors to build rewarding, lasting careers.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan, own and deliver integrated marketing activity across social media, email, the website, lead generation and sales support. This is a hands-on role: you will set a clear campaign approach, coordinate priorities with senior stakeholders and personally deliver the work needed to move campaigns forward.

You will connect marketing activity to Remedium's commercial and recruitment priorities, using performance insight to improve results and maintaining a clear focus on generating relevant leads.

Why this role matters

Effective marketing helps Remedium build relationships with healthcare organisations and doctors who value permanent and fixed-term workforce solutions. You will give that activity structure, ensure the right campaigns are delivered and help the wider team understand which marketing efforts are contributing to lead generation.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain an integrated marketing plan across social media, email, the Remedium website and other agreed communications channels.
  • Translate business, recruitment and resourcing priorities into clear campaigns with defined audiences, messages, actions and measures.
  • Lead the hands-on delivery of campaigns, including writing and editing content, building communications, updating web pages and preparing campaign assets.
  • Own the content and campaign calendar, balancing planned activity with emerging commercial and recruitment needs.
  • Shape lead-generation activity and work with stakeholders to improve the quality, relevance and follow-up of leads.
  • Create marketing and sales-support materials that help recruiters engage healthcare organisations and doctors consistently.
  • Maintain clear, accurate website content and identify improvements that support engagement and conversion.
  • Define practical campaign measures, monitor performance and provide concise reporting on lead activity and channel effectiveness.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to optimise targeting, messaging, content, timing and channel investment.
  • Coordinate priorities and approvals with the Operations Manager, Lead Recruiter and part-time Marketing Director.
  • Promote consistent brand and messaging standards and ensure agreed approval and data-handling processes are followed.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to evaluation.
  • Experience taking ownership of lead-generation activity and connecting marketing performance to commercial priorities.
  • Strong hands-on content and communications skills across social media, email and web channels.
  • The judgement to prioritise competing requests, set a workable marketing plan and keep delivery on track.
  • Confidence interpreting campaign data, communicating results and making evidence-based improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build productive relationships across recruitment, resourcing and operational teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with careful attention to accuracy, audience and brand consistency.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications and experience

  • Previous marketing experience within a recruitment agency.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement or a target-led commercial environment.
  • Experience using email marketing, social publishing, content-management and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience marketing professional services or working with healthcare-sector audiences.

Team and collaboration context

You will work closely with the recruitment and resourcing teams and have reporting relationships with the Operations Manager, Lead Recruiter and part-time Marketing Director. You will bring structure to marketing priorities, gather specialist input from colleagues and maintain momentum from campaign planning through to delivery and evaluation.
