M9 Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team. This is a hybrid role based at our Tysons, VA headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.
- Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.
- Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.
- Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.
- Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidat
