The Madison Reed District Manager is a leader who is sales and results driven, overseeing a multi-unit market. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage and grow a geography/territory of up to 10+ units. 

The Madison Reed District Manager will possess a varied skill set from anticipating future trends within their respective market with a broad knowledge of the business needs.  They will be an adaptable leader with decisive planning skills and have the ability to manage day-to-day field operations and support larger corporate initiatives. This role reports to the Regional Manager, is full time with a base salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000, and requires availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs. This role will be required to day travel up to 75% of the time, living within 90 minutes of 4 Hair Color Bars.
