Sr Analyst, Data Analytics

The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics is a core member of Madison Reed’s centralized Data & Analytics organization. This role turns operating and customer data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for the business.

You will work directly with DTC, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and analytics teammates. Your initial focus will be customer behavior, retention, and product measurement across Madison Reed’s customer journeys and channels, plus the analytics that support Supply Chain decisions. You will own analytical work from the first question through the recommendation.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, is full time and remote. While remote, this position will need to be comfortable working in Pacific Coast time, and there may be future travel to HQ in San Francisco required.

The base salary range for this position is between $130k and 140k. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively; factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
