Enrollment Sales Manager

Every family who reaches out to us is in the most hopeful — and most vulnerable — moment of their parenting life. They are deciding who to trust with the most important person in their world. As our Enrollment Sales Manager, you'll guide families through the childcare enrollment process, turning interest into confidence and tours into enrollments. This is a relationship-driven admissions and consultative sales role where empathy, persistence, and follow-through directly impact the growth of our early childhood education centers.  This is a hybrid position that requires periodic travel to our school locations throughout the region. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts, New York, or Connecticut.
