People Team - Recruiting Specialist

SUMMARY 

At Magnolia, the Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent, values-driven candidate experience at every stage. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and works cross-functionally with the broader People Team to support Magnolia's talent strategy. This position works from Magnolia Headquarters in Waco, Texas, reports to the Recruiting Manager, and has no supervisory responsibilities.
