Senior Graphics Engineer

Magnopus is seeking a Senior Graphics Engineer to help build, scale, and optimise our OKO Unreal Engine plugin and studio-facing Unreal pipelines in the UK. Working primarily on OKO, our real-time, cross-reality collaboration platform, while also supporting Unreal development across our Studio projects, you'll play a central role in shaping the rendering fidelity and creator workflows that define the  experiences we create. This is an opportunity to shape the Unreal experience for a product at the heart of Magnopus' Connected Spaces Platform, influencing the workflows used by creators across web, mobile, XR, and future platforms.  You'll join an established, talented team as a senior Unreal engineer, providing technical leadership across the discipline. While you'll help shape technical direction and mentor those around you, this is a hands-on engineering role rather than a people management position. You'll be solving practical rendering and tooling challenges for a long-term product ecosystem, building technology that evolves over years rather than shipping individual game titles. You'll translate complex rendering requirements into stable, high-performance runtime solutions that look great on everything from VR headsets to web browsers, while creating the tools that allow other developers and artists to move fast. We're looking for someone equally comfortable designing an editor workflow in the morning and tracking down a rendering bug through Unreal's RHI that afternoon.
