About the Role: The Community & Patient Liaison is a unique hybrid role that combines traditional clinic support with referral coordination, provider relationship management, and community outreach. The goal is to create an exceptional patient and provider experience while helping grow the Cancer Center through strong local engagement.
Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations
- Prepare clinic and support oncologist during clinic days
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with patient flow
- Coordinate labs, imaging, treatment orders, and follow-up appointments before the patient leaves
