Job Description
Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking a Logistics Professional to join our growing team.
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is responsible for providing expert, hands-on technical support and leadership for the maintenance, repair, and optimal function of automated logistics systems. This role coordinates daily work assignments for the technical team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Acting as team lead, this role bridges management and technical teams, ensuring systems run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, expert-level diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical issues, and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Perform and lead inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on automated storage and retrieval systems, box conveyors, and related equipment.
- Coordinate day-to-day work assignments of facility technicians, managing workflow to maximize system uptime and operational efficiency.
