The good reputation they have built is now being recognized throughout Australia and rapidly expanding to overseas markets including New Zealand and Europe.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes.
- Match supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery documentation, agreed pricing and internal approvals.
- Review invoices for duplicate charges, incorrect pricing, missing information and other discrepancies.
- Liaise with Australian and international suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and account queries.
- Prepare supplier payment runs for management review and approval.
- Process approved payments in accordance with agreed supplie
