Job Overview
The Finance and Accounting Officer owns the integrity of the Company's General Ledger accounts and serves as a key analytical resource, ensuring accurate accounting, timely month-end close, and complete financial schedules and reconciliations. The role is expected to proactively investigate operational variances, resolve accounting issues, and deliver fully completed financial schedules and reconciliations on time, enabling management to make fast, accurate, and informed business decisions.
The role will also support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including preparation of trial balances, financial statements, variance analyses, intercompany reconciliations, tax schedules, and consolidation support.
