What You'll Do
You will review a large amount of customer feedback on Search, Navigation and Map data (road geometry, road attributes,POIs/ addresses, incidents etc.) submitted by customers to improve their experience.
You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources (satellite and street-level imagery, OSM, local ground-truth sources) to understand the customers' issues.
You will make high quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines.
You will triage and close feedback items within the team's SLA, and escalate issues outside the team's scope (routing, search, engine) to the relevant teams.
