Maintenance Operation Control Engineer

As an MOCC Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our A320neo fleet. You’ll monitor and coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, liaise closely with flight crews and maintenance providers, manage short-term planning, and take the lead in AOG situations. This is a dynamic, hands-on position within our Maintenance Control team - ideal for someone with strong technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring safe and smooth flight operations.

In detail the Maintenance Operation Control Engineer (MOCC Engineer) is responsible for:

• Monitoring and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities of Marabu Airlines fleet of A320neo as a part of Maintenance Control team.
• Continuous liaison with Flight crews, Line Maintenance providers and Operations Control regarding fleet status, availability and required line maintenance actions.
• Prepare and manage the execution of short-term maintenance planning of MBU fleet
• Tracking and executing the rectification of any open defect which exists on Marabu Airlines aircraft.
• Pinpointing bottlenecks and weak points in line maintenance operation, and proactively taking actions to ensure smooth and continuous maintenance process i.e. by supporting spare parts ordering and shipment management process.
