About the role
Deployment Strategists are the bridge between our clients' business problems and the technical solutions our engineers build. You'll work alongside the Deployments team in Bogotá to map client processes, build the business case, translate requirements into engineering, and drive implementations to production — while helping grow enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Deployments team to map clients' business processes end-to-end.
- Build ROI models and presentations that make the business case for each deployment.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team.
- Coordinate implementations, ensuring the solution stays aligned with what the client actually needs.
- Own the client relationship during deployment — unblocking access, data, and decisions.
- Support the expansion and growth of enterprise accounts.
