Director of Human Resources

Location: Remote (USA) Start Date: November 18, 2026 Type: Full-time/ exempt Annual Salary Range: $190,000 - $240,000     The Director of Human Resources (“HR”) leads HR operations at the Marguerite Casey Foundation (the “Foundation”), managing the full employee lifecycle for a distributed workforce. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role translates strategic talent vision into compliant processes, scalable programs, and culturally coherent employee experiences. Working alongside the CHRO and HR Generalist, the Director oversees core HR functions while serving as a trusted thought partner and key liaison for managers and staff Foundation-wide. This full-time, remote position is exempt under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
