Position Summary

The Cross-Serve Leader is responsible for the comprehensive design, development, and facilitation of the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series. This pivotal role transforms the firm-wide cross-serve strategy into practical, actionable habits that advisors at all levels can confidently apply: identifying client needs outside their business unit, trusting colleagues for referrals, and ensuring seamless client hand-off while safeguarding both client interests and existing relationships.

This position addresses two persistent challenges in cross-functional financial services organizations: a lack of understanding of other business units’ capabilities and insufficient trust to confidently refer clients across units. Rooted in the program’s core philosophy—cross-serve is client-led and fiduciary-driven, not merely cross-selling—the Cross-Serve Leader develops the skills and trust necessary for collaboration across Wealth, Institutional, Investment Banking, the Independent Platform, Insurance, Tax, and Trust Services.
