Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows
• Develop automations, approvals, alerts, and process improvements
• Integrate Smartsheet with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
• Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Manage permissions, workspaces, and platform governance
• Troubleshoot formulas, automations, integrations, and performance issues
• Create documentation and support end-user training
• Support Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, and Bridge where applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Smartsheet development or administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automations
• Experience with Smartsheet API and scripting
• Experience integrating Smartsheet with third-party applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of project management and business process automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or Bridge
• Smartsheet certification
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with PMO, business analysis, or systems administration
