๐ฅ๏ธ Computer skills required
๐ Weekend availability required
๐ก๏ธ Current & valid Level II Texas security license
๐ถ Ability to conduct extended foot patrols
๐ Valid driverโs license + clean driving record
๐ก๏ธ Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right-of-way to identify potential safety and security risks.
- Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in the public right-of-way.
- Maintain a visible security presence and engage in professional public interactions.
- Document all interactions in clear, concise, and accurate written reports.
- Communicate and pass along pertinent information to team members, safety teams, and the client.
- Monitor and identify suspicious behavior to assist in preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity.
- Warn individuals of infractions, including loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items.
- Respond to calls involving distress, alarms, fire, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
- Identify and promptly report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances.
- Ensure applicable rules and regulations are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
๐ Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driverโs license
- Valid Texas Guard License
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience
- Must successfully pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug screening
- Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods
