The role

The office of the founders is a small team embedded at the highest level of the company, driving execution on key initiatives and making sure founder time goes to the highest value work.

As Executive Assistant you will work closely with co-founders Hardy and Shak, running the detail of their days so they stay focused on leading. Calendars, inboxes, travel, team events and personal coordination all sit with you, and you will anticipate what they need before they ask,
