In under a year we have onboarded more than 1,000 paying firms across eight countries with almost zero churn. Revenue is growing 37% month on month on average. In May we raised a $10m seed led by Blackbird Ventures. Blackbird was the first and largest investor in Canva.

The role

Founders Associates work directly with Marloo's founders on the most important work in the business. You will be part of a small team operating out of the office of the founders, embedded at the highest level of the company, with visibility into every major decision we make.

You take ownership of what matters most, whatever function it sits in. That means driving the initiatives that decide the quarter, picking up the gaps nobody owns yet, and carrying the work that w
