Vendor Management Senior Analyst - UK

As Marqeta’s Vendor Management Senior Analyst you will be responsible for helping build and support a vendor management and strategic sourcing program that maximizes value from our vendor relationships and manages our third party vendor risk. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to help us build new systems, processes, and improve efficiency .

You will work closely with colleagues and teams across the company to support centralised direct and indirect sourcing and procurement efforts, including responsibility for supporting process creation, strategic sourcing and vendor identification, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring, RFPs, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic, flexible, detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, passionate about creative problem solving, is exceptional at working cross-functionally, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with many challenges and opportunities.

NOTE: This role can be performed remotely within the UK or from our London, Holborn office.

If you are based within 35 miles of our London office we expect you to work on-site two days a week, on Tuesday & Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on the other days.
