The Opportunity  We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division! As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will work on a team that manages a portfolio of 400+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.   What We Offer Annual Salary| $50,000 - $60,000 Annual Commission Potential| $4,500 - $7,500 Health Benefits| Medical, Dental, Vision, Life  PTO (Holidays, Vacation, Sick), 401k + matching Real E
