In just five years, we've grown at speed and are now gearing up for our next big milestone: hitting $100M in revenue. We build human experiences at scale, powered by cutting-edge web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI technologies. If you're excited by innovation, love solving complex challenges, and want to help shape the future of digital experiences, you'll feel right at home here.
Every role at Massive Rocket is entrepreneurial. The people who thrive here don't just focus on their own remit, they understand the goals of the teams around them and actively contribute to the success of their colleagues, customers, and partners. We're building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we're looking for people who want to make a real impact.
Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Lead CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll act as a senior advisor, people manager, and technical expert on CRM projects, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You'll focus on delivering high-impact CRM initiatives, mentoring and managing members of the CRM team, and supporting the CRM Team Lead with technical oversight and operational leadership across multiple projects.
You'll also need to lead through influence and relationships, foster collaboration, and bring innovative ideas to the table so we can deliver bespoke CRM solutions aligned with client goals and long-term growth.
What Will You Do?

Mentorship, Line Management & Collaboration
- Take on line manager responsibilities: regular one-to-ones, clear objectives, and ongoing support for performance and professional development
- Provide constructive feedback and make sure direct reports have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
- Mentor and guide CRM team members on complex projects, technical challenges, and client engagements
- Act as a point of escalation for CRM team members, helping resolve issues before involving the CRM Team Lead
