MassMedia is seeking a smart, creative and highly motivated Marketing & New Business Intern who wants hands-on experience learning how an integrated marketing agency builds its own brand, develops new business opportunities and pursues some of the region’s most exciting companies.

This is not an internship where you will spend your time doing administrative busy work.

You will work directly with MassMedia’s leadership team and gain exposure to agency marketing, business development, research, content development, prospecting and pitch preparation. You’ll see firsthand how an agency identifies ideal clients, builds relationships, develops opportunities and ultimately wins new business.

We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful and eager to learn. You do not need previous agency experience. Initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to figure things out matter most.
