The Match Group Core Platform team is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead a critical platform capability that powers Trust & Safety, Identity, and MAU growth across Match Group’s global portfolio of brands; including Tinder, Hinge, Match.com, Plenty of Fish and others.  The Staff PM will own the product strategy and execution for Match Group’s Signals Platform — a portfolio-wide capability that turns behavioral, identity, risk, trust, safety, and enforcement data into actionable signals for brands and Match Group central teams. These signals help power both Trust & Safety outcomes, such as fraud and abuse reduction, and business outcomes, such as user quality, authenticity, and MAU growth. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role.
