- Maybell Quantum is establishing its first operations facility in Singapore, and we are seeking a Plant Manager to build and run the production operation inside it. This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role: you will lay out and qualify the production lines, hire and develop the production and quality team, and take the line from first-article build to repeatable, on-schedule output. Reporting to the General Manager, Singapore, you will own manufacturing execution at the site — output, yield, cost per unit, and shop-floor safety — while the GM owns the facility, the entity, and the regional supply base.
