Brand Communications & Content, Team Lead

We are looking for a communications leader with product or brand storytelling experience and creative judgement to lead our new Brand Communications & Content team as Team Lead.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the team by defining roles, ownership and priorities, and hiring to fill gaps.

• Lead, mentor and develop the copy, social, education and design team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and clear growth paths.

• Set and uphold quality standards for copy and visual storytelling, acting as the final creative review for the team's output.

• Unite brand copy and design around coherent creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency under the Head of Brand's direction.
